Day 1 - Arrival and Acclimatization in Leh
Rest and Hydrate: Spend the day resting at your hotel to help your body adjust to the high altitude (3,500m).
Shanti Stupa: In the evening, visit this white-domed landmark for a panoramic view of the Leh town and the surrounding mountains during sunset.
Leh Market: Take a gentle stroll through the local Tibetan market to pick up souvenirs and try local apricot juice.
Day 2 - Leh Local Sightseeing and Cultural Heritage
Leh Palace: Explore the former mansion of the royal family of Ladakh, offering a glimpse into medieval Tibetan architecture.
Hall of Fame: Visit the museum constructed by the Indian Army in memory of the brave soldiers who lost their lives in the Indo-Pak wars.
Sangam Point: Witness the spectacular confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers, where the colors of the two rivers visibly merge.

Day 3 - Journey to the High Altitudes of Nubra Valley

Diskit Monastery: Visit the oldest and largest Buddhist monastery in the Nubra Valley, home to a massive 32-meter Maitreya Buddha statue.

Day 4 - Turtuk Village and Border Exploration
Turtuk Excursion: Travel to the last village on the Indian border, which was under Pakistani control until 1971, known for its distinct Balti culture and apricot orchards.
Cultural Immersion: Walk through the village to see the local lifestyle, traditional stone houses, and views of the Karakoram Range.
Return to Nubra: Head back to your camp or hotel in Nubra for a quiet evening under the stars.
Day 5 - From the Valley to the Shores of Pangong Tso
Shyok River Route: Drive along the scenic Shyok River road, navigating through rugged terrain and river crossings.
Pangong Lake Arrival: Reach the high-altitude lake famous for its changing colors, ranging from turquoise to deep blue.

Day 6 - Return to Leh via Chang La

Chang La Pass: Ascend the third-highest motorable mountain pass in the world on your way back toward the Indus Valley.
Hemis Monastery: Stop at the wealthiest and most famous monastery in Ladakh, tucked away in a hidden gorge.
Day 7 - Departure from the Land of High Passes
Final Souvenirs: Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and a final walk through Leh if time permits before your flight.
Transfer to Airport: Head to the Leh airport for your flight back, taking in the aerial views of the Himalayan range one last time.
